China's pioneering full-sheet
waste-stripping machine (Patent No. 202011632469.9) utilizes technologies from
Chinese invention patents, German patents, and Japanese patents, and is
equipped with a powerful "full" waste-removal function. It can
achieve one-time full-sheet waste stripping for products of various shapes,
sizes, mixed box forms, and those with windows in a same sheet.
The innovative quick pin structure has
significantly reduced mold-changing time.

Based on the Catus 105
ProMax, the Catus 105 Ultra has added a movable upper die structure. After the
waste-stripping work of the upper and lower dies is completed, the upper die
automatically retracts backward, facilitating the removal of products. After
the waste is discarded, the upper die automatically returns to its original
position to await the next waste-stripping cycle. The advantage of this
movement is that it does not affect production efficiency and can triple the
waste-stripping output compared to the structure with lower die movement.
